As individuals, we learn and grow throughout the course of our lives. We expand in consciousness. Our thoughts and beliefs evolve over time. This kind of change is natural and to be embraced.

I created the first Love The Way You Look website in 2006. I remember how excited I was to share it with others for the very first time. I was on a mission: to help people develop greater peace, love, and connection with their bodies, so they can live happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives. Although some of my ideology and coaching techniques have changed over time, along with the design of my website, my mission remains the same.
